Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Flowsill Shot macOS application and the Flowsill website. By downloading, purchasing, or using Flowsill Shot, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

Flowsill Shot is a screenshot shelf for Mac. It displays image files from a folder you authorize so you can browse, preview, copy, and drag them into other apps. Flowsill Shot is not cloud storage or a backup service. Screenshots that have been moved or deleted from the selected folder may no longer appear.

License and device limit

Flowsill grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app in accordance with these terms. A direct-purchase license key may be active on one Mac at a time. To use it on a replacement Mac, you must first deactivate it on the previous Mac. You may not share, publish, resell, or transfer a license key.

Purchases made through the Mac App Store and licenses purchased directly from Flowsill are separate entitlements. A purchase through one channel does not unlock the edition distributed through the other channel.

Free and paid features

The free version may limit the number of recent screenshots available in the shelf. Full History is a one-time paid feature that lets you browse more screenshots that remain in your selected folder. Feature availability may vary by app version, distribution channel, operating system, or region.

Payments, taxes, and refunds

Mac App Store purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment, tax, and refund rules. When direct sales are available, Waffo Pancake acts as the merchant of record, processes payment and applicable taxes, and provides the receipt. Its buyer terms also apply to direct transactions.

Direct purchases are eligible for a full refund upon request within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, email chaozhang699@gmail.com from the email address used for the purchase and include the Waffo order number. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and revoke the associated license. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. App Store refund requests must be submitted to Apple.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups, keeping your Mac and license key secure, and ensuring that you have the right to use and share files accessed through the app. You must not use Flowsill Shot to violate applicable law or the rights of others.

Prohibited use

You may not bypass license validation or feature restrictions; interfere with the app or website; use them to distribute malware; resell or redistribute the app; or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Ownership

Flowsill Shot, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Flowsill and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms give you permission to use the product; they do not transfer ownership.

Privacy

Your use of Flowsill Shot is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Screenshot contents stay on your Mac unless you choose to send or upload them through another app or service.

Updates and availability

Flowsill may provide fixes, improvements, or compatibility updates, but does not promise that every feature or operating system version will be supported indefinitely. The app or website may occasionally be unavailable, changed, or discontinued.

Disclaimer

Flowsill Shot is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowsill disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowsill will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the app or website. Flowsill's total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for Flowsill Shot during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Termination

Your license ends if you materially violate these terms. When the license ends, you must stop using the paid entitlement and delete copies of any direct-download edition in your possession. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Changes to these terms

Flowsill may update these terms when the product, purchasing options, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
